On May 1, 2023, the grant of 50% bonus shares will take place. If you have purchased shares in November 2022, you still own these shares on May 1, 2023, and you’re still working as an indirect worker of Randstad Group, you are entitled to receive this bonus. The grant of bonus shares will be processed automatically.

In addition, on May 1, 2023 the additional bonus of 50% on the shares purchased in May 2022 will be granted for the first time. To be eligible, you must still hold the shares purchased in May 2022 and on May 1, 2023 you must still be employed as an indirect worker of Randstad Group. The grant of additional bonus shares will also be processed automatically.

You pay taxes on the value of the (additional) bonus shares. This is handled locally by your employer. Take into account a lower income after the grant of the (additional) bonus shares.

On May 1, 2023 the purchase of new shares will also take place, the shares will be visible in your account around half May 2023.

For both the purchase and the grant of (additional) bonus shares the closing price of the Randstad share at Euronext on April 28, 2023 will be used.
