Given the rising number of deferred participants in the Share Purchase Plan, the plan rules for deferred participants have been changed per April 1, 2021.

From now on, if you leave the company you will have twenty-four months to sell your (fractional) shares via tOption. In the event that you do not sell your (fractional) shares within this timeframe, the administrator will proceed to sell the (fractional) shares after the twenty-four month period has passed. The sales proceeds will be transferred to your money account in tOption.

For participants that have left Randstad before April 1, 2021 there will be a transitional arrangement in the sense that they will get a (same) timeframe of twenty-four months to sell their (fractional) shares after April 1, 2021, ultimately before April 1, 2023.
