Purchase price May 2022 and processing of new shares and bonus shares

On May 2, 2022 the purchase of new shares in the Randstad Share Purchase Plan has taken place. Also 50% bonus shares have been granted to all participants in the Randstad Share Purchase Plan who had bought shares on November 1, 2021, who were still employed with the company and had not sold their shares on May 2, 2022. The bonus shares have been added to the account on May 2, 2022.

The newly purchased shares will be added to the account at the end of this week. The purchase price is set at € 50,86. This is the closing price of the Randstad NV share on Euronext on 29 April 2022. The purchase of May 2022 is the first purchase with the grant of the additional bonus of 50%: 1st 50% bonus per November 2022 and 2nd 50% bonus per May 2023.
